Christos Malikkidis

Founder & Managing Director

Christos obtained his Bachelor's degree (LLB) in English Law with First Class Honours from Queen Mary University of London and graduated with magna cum laude (Great Distinction) from KU Leuven with a Master's degree (LLM) in European Union Law.

As a private client lawyer advising wealthy entrepreneurs and their families, Christos has built a strong international network of private client and tax lawyers, investment and private bankers, wealth managers, and financial advisors. He advises high-net-worth families and business owners on the structuring, externalisation, and protection of assets through sophisticated Cyprus-based and offshore structures, and supports clients in the establishment and ongoing management of corporate structures in Cyprus.

He is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and a licensed Insolvency Practitioner.

Christos is fluent in English and Greek, and conversational in French.

Christos is passionate about investing, with a particular focus on luxury hospitality ventures and blockchain technologies.

Sofya Kudryashova

Director

Sofya has practised law in Cyprus since 2018 as a member of the Cyprus Bar Association, with a practice centred on commercial law.

She has developed particular expertise in property transactions, advising clients on the full spectrum of real estate acquisitions, sales, and development matters in Cyprus, as well as in immigration and citizenship law, where she regularly guides high-net-worth individuals and families through residency, citizenship, and relocation processes. Her practice also extends to corporate law, supporting clients with the structuring and ongoing management of their business interests.

Sofya holds Bachelor's degrees in International and European Law from the Netherlands and in Cyprus Law, both awarded cum laude.

Sofya is a native Russian speaker and is fluent in Greek and English.
